Lieke is full of amazing energy, she graduated from the Fontys academy of dance, did her 200h vinyasa yoga teacher training in Bali, and is busy learning even more during her Pilates teacher training this year!

With so much love for movement, she will make sure you’ll get everything out of your practice with us🧘‍♀️❤️

Healthy, homemade pumpkin coconut soup ❤️‍🔥🎃!
Let’s cook!

Needed:
• 1 pumpkin 
• 2 carrots 
• 1 Red bell pepper
• Union
• Garlic 
• Fresh ginger 
• Red pepper
• Bay leave
• Coconut milk
• Veggie stock 
• Olive oil 
• Toppings like pumpkin seeds & coriander.

1. Chop everything in small pieces.
2. Sauté the garlic, union, ginger, bay leaf and red pepper.
3. Add the pumpkin, carrots, bell pepper
4. Add the stock until the veggies are almost under water
5. Cook on a low heat for 15 / 20 minutes 
6. Blend everything (take out the bay leaf first!!)
7. Add a good splash of coconut milk 
8. Add toppings of your liking
